Sum multiple cells based on text in corresponding cells

Hi,

My XL2bb is not working again. It kept saying "Microsoft has blocked macros from running because source of this file is untrusted".

Anyway, I have a file where I need to add the numbers based on the remark column. The final results that I need is in Green (L2:N4)

For example, Column L "Good" : L2 total is C2+E2+G2+I2+K2 if the corresponding cells in B2,D2,F2,H2 and J2 is "Good". Any formula to this this?

In L2, then drag right and down to fill the table.

=SUMIF($B2:$J2,L$1,$C2:$K2)

I get that feeling most days

It's one of those things where you either know how to do it or you don't. Examples of how to use formulas like this are often too simple and many of the possible variations to what would be considered normal use are easily overlooked.
