Hu Guys,

Any ideas why this formula wont work? I have sum(a4:a200) but it does not add up everything in the list. The format is HH:MM and the automatic calculation in options is ticked. I have never come accross this before and cant for the life of me figure out what is going on. I've been using excel for years and never seen this before. I've tried different variations including sumproduct but nothing works.

Thanks
Craig

Show numbers in thousands?
Use a custom number format of #,##0,K. Each comma after the final 0 will divide the displayed number by another thousand
If the total time could be greater than 24 hours you will need to format the result cell as Custom
