SUM rounded number instead of real number (result of a formula)

Hi Everyone,

Hope you can help me with this one.

I have several results of several formulas combining functions as IF, SUM, *, -, %, etc...
I need those results to be integer numbers, without decimals, so I've decreased the decimals (Home menu/number format)
The problem is that based on those results, I'm making a new SUM and it's taking the real numbers (with decimals) and not the integers...

How can I do to get the results I want, making the formulas to take the rounded numbers (without decimals)?

Thanks!

(hope it makes sense)

Why can't spreadsheets drive cars? They crash too often!
Formatting just changes the way that numbers are displayed. You will need to apply a ROUND-type formula to calculate the rounded numbers, not just display them as numbers.

An salternative is Tools > Options, Calculation tab, Precision as Displayed.

Thank you both!!
I knew about the ROUND function but, there are so many formulas!!! I didn't realize of this before. I've noted once I finished setting this big spreadsheet and the results of the formulas started to seem incorrect.
So, I'm really hoping that the alternative solution works, but I'm afraid that the Office Package at my work is old (2007) and does not have the Tools Tab... :(
Do you know where I can find it??

To sum A4:A6 for example, try =SUM(INT(A4:A6)) which must be confirmed with Ctrl Shift Enter - not just enter.

Thanks West Man, it's another good option. But, as I mentioned before, it would mean to go thru all the formulas one by one and it would be a lot of work.
I already set the "Precision as Displayed" and it worked perfect, since there won't be necessary to use decimals for any numbers on this sheet.
Thank you so much for your help anyway! :D
