Hi,

The following code formula sum ups all rows. How could make it to sum up only visible rows?

Code:
.FormulaR1C1 = "=SUM(R1C:R[-1]C)"

Amy help on this would be kindly appreciated.

Thanks in advance.

Excel Facts

What do {} around a formula in the formula bar mean?
{Formula} means the formula was entered using Ctrl+Shift+Enter signifying an old-style array formula.
Check out the =SUBTOTAL() function.

Has 2 arguments, the first one is the type of subtotal and I think it should be 109 for visible rows only. Second arg is the range.

Code:
.FormulaR1C1 = "=SUBTOTAL(109,R1C:R[-1]C)"
