I am trying to design a workbook to function as a till. I have a number of commandbuttons which relate to particular products. Originally when I clicked different buttons the product name appeared in a particular range in the next blank row with vlookup finding the price from a separate sheet however this only allows for a certain number of products to be listed before having to scroll.

I have tried using a command textbox which enables scrolling within the textbox however this does not make it easy to lookup and sum values.

Is anybody able to suggest a viable way of accomplishing this so that I will able to be able to click buttons, the button will insert the products in a list with the price to the right of the product so I am ultimately able to sum the prices.

Apologies for the complicated explanation. Happy to answer any questions

Did you know Excel offers Filter by Selection?
Add the AutoFilter icon to the Quick Access Toolbar. Select a cell containing Apple, click AutoFilter, and you will get all rows with Apple
