Sum values multiple values

Hi Hoping someone can help

Have worksheet 2 columns :

Column L header Colleague Names ( duplicate entries )
Column M list of order values ( Order Value Heafer)

I want to be able to sum the order values for each of the colleagues.

I've got a helper column column o with a list of Colleague names.

Tried various formulas e.g. sum(index.... match, sumproduct, sum(vlookup(, but can't seem Get it to work nearest using sum(vlookup but only finding 1st match

Helper Column

1st name Q2 is "Jon smith"

Hope someone can help

Not sure if the names are in col O or Q, but how about

=SUMIFS(M:M,L:L,O2)
