Hello,

I am trying to sum all values in column 11 of range 'PAC GL MTD_YTD'!A9:M115... that match what is in cell A10. However, the formula only give me a result of what value in column 11 of row 9.
=SUM(VLOOKUP(A10,'PAC GL MTD_YTD'!A9:M115,12,FALSE))

What is wrong?

Excel Facts

Format cells as currency
Select range and press Ctrl+Shift+4 to format cells as currency. (Shift 4 is the $ sign).
VLOOKUP is only going to return the first value it finds that matches the lookup, If I understand what you are trying to do, you need to use SUMIFS instead, like:

=SUMIFS('PAC GL MTD_YTD'!K9:K115,'PAC GL MTD_YTD'!K9:K115,A10)

Look at the formula tooltip and change your ranges as appropriate.
