I am trying to sum a range of values from one worksheet based on a vlookup on a different worksheet.
{=sum(vlookup(I5,'Aircard Exp'!b46:n60,{3,4,5,6},0))} then using cntrl +enter

it returns "#n/a"
When i use the expression on the same sheet as the data it works....

any help is appreciated

Wildcard in VLOOKUP
Use =VLOOKUP("Apple*" to find apple, Apple, or applesauce
Hello simmonsmtb, welcome to MrExcel

Where is the lookup value located? If it's on the data sheet then you need the sheet name with I5 too.

Also you could use SUMPRODUCT in place of SUM to avoid, CTRL+SHIFT+ENTER......
