Sum x & y axis values

Hello,

Is there any formula that could help me automatically sum y and x values and then return orange values? Thank you.

	0	0.01	0.02	0.03
0	50	50.4	50.8	51.2
0.1	53.98	54.38	54.78	55.17
0.2	57.93	58.32	58.71	59.1
0.3	61.79	62.17	62.55	62.93

I need:

0	50
0,01	50,4
0,02	50,8
0,03	51,2
