Sum

I have a list of numbers that I'm trying to sum if they are within a date range.

I have on Sheet1 a start date and an end date. Start dates is in column B, End date is in column C. The series that I am trying to sum is in Column F. On Sheet 2, I have across row 1 dates beginning with 9/1/14 end ending in 12/31/15.

I am trying to have on Sheet2 a sum of all figures in Column F only if the date falls within the range.

As an example, for the 9/1/14 column on sheet2 should only sum items from sheet1 column F if they fall between the start date of 9/1/14 and hasn't ended before 9/1/14.

Sorry, I may not be explaining this well, and I'm sure if I did I'd be able to find the answer in the forum all ready.. Any other information I could provide that might allow you to help?

Thanks,

ryan
