I need a formula that gives the following three criteria:
<?xml:namespace prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office" /><o:p> </o:p>
If (c5:c28) is more than 0.004, THEN give sum.
If (c5:c28) is more than 0, but less than 0.005, THEN input “T.”
If (c5:c28) is less than 0.001, THEN give sum.

How to calculate loan payments in Excel?
Use the PMT function: =PMT(5%/12,60,-25000) is for a $25,000 loan, 5% annual interest, 60 month loan.
Your criteria is ambigious as the first criteria is more than 0.004 but the second is less than 0.005. I went with the 0.005.

=IF(AND(SUM(C5:C28)>0,SUM(C5:C28)<0.005),"T",SUM(C5:C28))
