Sumif (Can this multiplr or be done withouth keep using + and the sumif formula again

Hi Guys, Can this multiple or be done a better way?

=SUMIFS(Table1[Time (Hrs)],Table1[exception],Sheet1!$F4,Table1[Manager],$L$1)+SUMIFS(Table1[Time (Hrs)],Table1[exception],Sheet1!$F4,Table1[Manager],$L$2)+SUMIFS(Table1[Time (Hrs)],Table1[exception],Sheet1!$F4,Table1[Manager],$L$3)

You could do that by creating a named range L1:L3. Call it 'crit'. Then:

=SUMPRODUCT(SUMIFS(Table1[Time (Hrs)],Table1[exception],Sheet1!$F4,Table1[Manager],crit))
