SUMIF not capturing some rows

Hi,

I'm being stumped with a SUMIF problem.
I have a table of shift times, and I've put a week number calculation as the first column. I want to total up all of the Leads and BA times, which for the most part works fine. In fact Lead works with no problem. But for some reason the BA column is missing some rows. I can't figure out why, but by deleting the values one by one, I've been able to identify which ones are being missed.

For example, for week 4, rows 42 and 43 are being captured in the formula for Week 4, not week 4.

File is here

Excel Facts

Add Bullets to Range
Select range. Press Ctrl+1. On Number tab, choose Custom. Type Alt+7 then space then @ sign (using 7 on numeric keypad)
"For example, for week 4, rows 42 and 43 are being captured in the formula for Week 4, not week 4."

Should be "For example, for week 4, rows 42 and 43 are being captured in the formula for Week 5, not week 4."<strike></strike>

You may have more luck if you include most of the detail in your question here, instead of asking people to download files and click on links. For security reasons, many people are leery of downloading files or clicking on links.

There are tools you can use to post screen images. They are listed in Section B of this link here: Guidelines for Forum Use.
Also, there is a Test Here forum on this board that you can use to test out these tools to make sure they are working correctly before using them in your question.

If you could post some images, and your formulas, you may get more responses.
