SUMIF WITH TWO CONDITIONS

I searched SUMIF with two condition formula, but could not get the one that works for me, I have to sum, if values are either over $100,000 or less than
($-100000), I tried several different versions of formuls but could not get it working. please help

How about

=sumif(A1:A10,">100000")+sumif(A1:A10,"<-100000")

Conditional Sum Wizard

Have you tried the Conditional Sum Wizard.

If you haven't already got it, go to Tools- Addins.

When you use it, it will show you the right formula.
