This formula give an error when there is a negative result in the range s6:s87
=SUMIF(high!$S$6:$S$87,">0")/L11
How do I write :=SUMIF(high!$S$6:$S$87,">0")/L11 ,” “
or is there another way to avoid the #div/0! error

What did Pito Salas invent?
Pito Salas, working for Lotus, popularized what would become to be pivot tables. It was released as Lotus Improv in 1989.
I may have missed something, but your #DIV/0 error is not caused by a negative value in the range. It's caused by a zero value in L11.

Try

=IF(L11=0,0,SUMIF(high!$S$6:$S$87,">0")/L11)
