I am trying to convert the below formula used in 2007 to a 2003 equivalent.

My current formula is:
SUMIFS(MTY!$K:$K,MTY!$G:$G,Template!$B$1,MTY!$A:$A,Template!A11)

I tried using a SUMPRODUCT but i must be missing something because is giving me error messages.

If anyone can help converting the above formula to something compatible in 2003 I will really appreciate it.

Thanks!

Hi -

the productsum is still not working, is there another formula I could use to subsituted 2007 SUMIFS.

Is there a way to attach the document I am working on, perhaps is easier to see the example live.

Thanks again!

SUMIFS Formula: (MTY!$K:$K,MTY!$G:$G,Template!$B$1,MTY$A:$A,Template!A11)

SUMPRODUCT((MTY!$G:$G=Template!$B$1),(MTY!$A:$A=Template!A12),(MTY!$I:$I))

The value return is NA or 0, however it should return a sales value... IE: $2k, etc.

Ok, I showed you the correct formula to use in your other post.

Here's my reply to your other thread:

OK, but you can't use entire columns as range references in Excel versions 2003 and earlier. You have to use smaller specific ranges.

=SUMPRODUCT(--(MTY!A1:A100=Template!A11),--(MTY!G1:G100=Template!B1),MTY!K1:K100)
