How to change case of text in Excel?
Use =UPPER() for upper case, =LOWER() for lower case, and =PROPER() for proper case. PROPER won't capitalize second c in Mccartney

Excel 03
=SUMPRODUCT(--($A$2:$A$15=E1),--($B$2:$B$15=F1),$C$2:$C$15)
Excel>03
=SUMIFS($C$2:$C$15,$A$2:$A$15,E1,$B$2:$B$15,F1)
Where E1 and F1 are your criteria(x)
