SUMIFs return to #VALUE

Hello, I am working on excel where I need to sum up column D(quantity) from worksheet "shipping details" if 2 conditions are met:

- column C (Type) from worksheet "shipping details" is equals to SUB-RESELLER
- if column B (Product name) from worksheet "Financials" matches with column B(product) from workshet "shipping details"

I have been trying to use SUMIFS but i'm getting an error. =(SUMIFS('Shipping Details'!$D$3:$D$600,'Shipping Details'!B3:B5,Financials!B23,'Shipping Details'!C3:C5,"SUB-RESELLER"))

Can you help me fix the error please?
