Hi,

I'm having an issue which I haven't seen previously in that my SUMIF formula is returning a value which should not be there.

I'm looking to sum the number of calls that have been handled by people of a certain tenure based on their location.

My formula is as follows:
=SUMIFS(RawData[Calls],RawData[TENURE],$D25,RawData[LOCATION],$I$2)

My result shows that 1 call was taken by someone who joined the business in the last 30 days, however all employees have tenure of more than 1 year.

I have removed all but 1 line of raw data so that there is only 1 call in the data and it was handled by someone who shows as being of over 1 year of service, however I am still getting a result to say 1 call was also handled by someone who has been with the business for less than 30 days.

I'm scratching my head at this one as I have no idea why this result is being returned.

Any ideas?

Can you sort left to right?
To sort left-to-right, use the Sort dialog box. Click Options. Choose "Sort left to right"
Very difficult to help, without being able to see your data.
Can you please post some sample data using the XL2BB add-in.
Also please update you account details to show which version of Excel you are using.
Thanks
