Here is what I'm looking to do. I have sales data for a product that I'm wanting to sort by Size, Class, Material, and Fiscal Year Sold. I am looking to create a worksheet that allows me to do this by simply entering a value for the size, class, material, or fiscal year in a cell and have other selves populate based on those values. Before I go any further I am well aware that I can do this in a pivot table but for the audience this is meant for the simpler the better and pivot tables can sometimes become difficult to look at when including large amounts of data.

If I use a SUMIFS statement I run into the problem of not being able to look at the big picture of a particular item. For example: I want to look at all size 10 products sold in 2006, but I don't care what class or material they are. I also want to be able to get very detailed and enter a value for the different categories I listed. For example: I want to pull up all 2008 data on all size 12 products that are class 6 and are made of stainless steel. My logic says I need a SUMIFS formula but I could be off.

Any help or link to a similar thread would be very much appreciated.
