Sumifs with dates issue

How would you go about using sumif with dates like this - I would usually sumif dates in a month using <= and >= dates, but these dates with times are not integers so get missed - I am currently using a helper column with =INT() but wondered if I could do away with that somehow?;

Select range and press Ctrl+Shift+4 to format cells as currency. (Shift 4 is the $ sign).
Why are you trying to sum dates?

Sorry, bad description

I'm using sumifs with dates being one criteria - I am summing data based on dates, and dates with times are missed

In that case for the upper date use the day after & then use < rather than <=
