Hi,

51/1/2022JanJoeNorth America0
61/1/2022JanAlexEngland5
71/1/2022JanMinaSingapore10
Sheet1
Cell Formulas
RangeFormula
L4L4=SUMIFS(G4:G7,D4:D7,I4,E4:E7,J4,F4:F7,K4)

I have my data table in Table 1 and summary in table 2.

I am trying to summarize the sales for Alex for the month of January using a SUMIFS but it is not showing the correct result. The correct result is in Table 3. Appreciate any help. Thanks

Excel Facts

Spell Check in Excel
Press F7 to start spell check in Excel. Be careful, by default, Excel does not check Capitalized Werds (whoops)
Try this:

=SUMIFS(G4:G7,D4:D7,RIGHT(I4,3),E4:E7,J4,F4:F7,K4)

Column D has Jan

or =SUMIFS(G4:G7,D4:D7,LEFT(I4,3),E4:E7,J4,F4:F7,K4)
