summary of all the INDEXes or INDICES of another workbook

Our team has individual workbook (tracker) with date (MMDD format) on each sheet and an INDEX sheet (run by VBA) which is the summary of all sheets. Now, I want to create another workbook which will contain the INDEXes or rather INDICES of my team members'. How do I accomplish these?

Your assistance is greatly appreciated. Thanks!
