hi all

I've run into a problem I can't solve, I've Googled and can't find a working solution.

Hoping some kind souls can help me out.

I have some cells on a sheet that have multiple information in them, separated by a vblf, so they are stacked neatly for viewing.

For one of the cells I need to sum the total numeric value of the contents.

For another cell I need to count the number of unique values, I don't want to count duplicates.

Not sure if I have explained this very well, cam anyone provide some guidance please.

Excel Facts

How to total the visible cells?
From the first blank cell below a filtered data set, press Alt+=. Instead of SUM, you will get SUBTOTAL(9,)
