Hi,
If in column P2, P58, P117, P178 etc have an X in them, how can I use that to sum column N2-N57, P59-P116 etc?
Thanks, Mark

not quite. I need it to sum from the current X (eg P58) to the previous X (eg P2), and each time it then finds an X, only sum the rows to the previous X. This is to get a sum at the bottom of each page, which is what the X marks.
