Heres what i need to do
Sheet 1 Master Schedule
[Name][Department][D"Start Time"]

Sheet 2
[AA "StartBin"] [#of started at this time]

Works great using SumProduct Function but it counts all the people who started at a specified time.

"=SUMPRODUCT((\$D\$6:\$D\$12>=AA5)*(\$D\$6:\$D\$12<AA6))"

D = my Start Time array
AA= my Start Time Bin

The problem is that i do not want to sumproduct for all start times only for start times that meet the Department criteria

### Excel Facts

Pivot Table Drill Down
Double-click any number in a pivot table to create a new report showing all detail rows that make up that number

Add the department condition to the formula:

=SUMPRODUCT((\$D\$6:\$D\$12>=AA5)*(\$D\$6:\$D\$12<AA6)*(DepartmentRange=DepartmentCell))

where DepartmentCell houses a department of interest.
