I know how to do a SUMIF, but is it possible to do a sumproduct if. In column A, I have Zones 1-9. I want a formula that says.....

If a cell in column a = "Zone 2", than multiply the adjacent cell in column B with the adacent cell in column C. And then add all those products together. I'm trying to get Total Gross Pay for Zone 2. Column B is my Payrate, Column C is my Hours worked. Make sense??? I hope I explained this correctly. Thanks in advance!!!

Excel Facts

Why does 9 mean SUM in SUBTOTAL?
It is because Sum is the 9th alphabetically in Average, Count, CountA, Max, Min, Product, StDev.S, StDev.P, Sum, VAR.S, VAR.P.
