I have the following code to show the data for the current month I am analyzing. It shows there are 4 criterias. 1 constant, and 3 options.

Code:
=SUMPRODUCT(--((Table3[CCN]=CCN_Analysis!F3)+(Table3[VP]=CCN_Analysis!F3)+(Table3[Section]=CCN_Analysis!F3)+(Table3[Plant]=CCN_Analysis!F3)),INDEX(Table3[[January]:[December]],,MATCH(CCN_Analysis!A2,Table3[[#Headers],[January]:[December]],0)))

This shows the month the user can choose from a combobox. What I need is a formula that can show Year to Date numbers.

Say if you choose the Month of March to analyze, the above formula will show the values for just the month of March

Another will show all the values for January, February and March. I just can't seem to figure out how to make it work.

Any help would be awesome!

Thanks!

Rebecca

This worked for me:

=SUMPRODUCT(((Table3[CCN]=CCN_Analysis!F3)+(Table3[VP]=CCN_Analysis!F3)+(Table3[Section]=CCN_Analysis!F3)+(Table3[Plant]=CCN_Analysis!F3))*(Table3[January]:INDEX(Table3[[January]:[December]],,MATCH(CCN_Analysis!A2,Table3[[#Headers],[January]:[December]],0))))

Thank you so much!

It works like a dream. I knew it was going to be something simple. I have tried just about everything, but that!

Thanks again!
