Can somebody help me adjust this formula:

=SUMPRODUCT((Data!$L$2:$L$400="CUSTOMER SUPPORT & SERVICES")*(Data!$E$2:$E$400="D"))

In some cells of the range I2:I400 is the word 'Grade' and I need the formula result not to count that particular line.

Grateful for any assistance.

Excel Facts

Move date out one month or year
Use =EDATE(A2,1) for one month later. Use EDATE(A2,12) for one year later.
I think this is what you want?

=SUMPRODUCT((Data!$L$2:$L$400="CUSTOMER SUPPORT & SERVICES")*(Data!$E$2:$E$400="D")*(Data!$I$2:$I$400<>"Grade"))
