Hi

Is it possible to use sumproduct over a workbook?

I have 15 different codes that I want to total the values of in an adjacent column

each worksheet is for a different day (ie 365 worksheets)
each code can appear more than once (but is always in Col H) and rarely on the same row

each sheet contains about 50 rows (if that makes a difference)

will a pivot table handle this?

Excel Facts

Which Excel functions can ignore hidden rows?
The SUBTOTAL and AGGREGATE functions ignore hidden rows. AGGREGATE can also exclude error cells and more.
Thanks andrew

Is there a way of gettin excel to list all the sheet names in a column on a sheet called index
