I just purchased the Supply curve chart for $99. But after I added it into my excel program, everytime I try to creat a chart it says "Compile error in hidden module: ChartGenMod" instead of creating any chart.
Try contacting a support telephone number that should be in the instructions for the software you bought. If you cannot get the required help from them, my advice is to return it and get your money back.
