Suppress duplicate Named Range prompt?

I have an ActiveX button an a sheet that when clicked, copies the entire sheet to the end of the workbook with a new name based. Within a hidden sheet is a named table and a named range based on a column in that table. There are other named ranges on a different hidden sheet (not based on tables), though they don't seem to be an issue.

Here is the problem. When I click on my button, the first time it works perfect with no prompts. However, everytime I click on it afterwards, I get a prompt:

Any idea how to prevent this prompt or why I get a prompt about this one but not the other named ranges. If the user selects "Yes" then Excel creates a new named range with the same name, but with scope of just the corresponding sheet (though the original named range has a scope of the workbook).

Any suggestions?

Thanks

Excel Can Read to You
Customize Quick Access Toolbar. From All Commands, add Speak Cells or Speak Cells on Enter to QAT. Select cells. Press Speak Cells.
I changed the table back to a range and that stopped creating the prompt and meets my needs. I am still curious about how to stop that prompt though if I had not been able to resolve things.

Always looking to learn!

Thanks.

Changing the named range on the source sheet so that it, too, is local to the sheet only should resolve that.
