Does anyone know where documentation resides for Visual Basic forms is Excel. I want to conduct a survey using an Excel Form and capture the answers in a Sheet. All questions will be yes or no, or number inputs. Any help would be appreciated. Also, I would rather use Excel than Access.

OS XP
Excel 02

Excel Facts

Format cells as date
Select range and press Ctrl+Shift+3 to format cells as date. (Shift 3 is the # sign which sort of looks like a small calendar).
There is a data form available under the data menu, that may suit your needs without having to go to VBA. Also the best method of summarising survey data I know is by using Pivot tables and setting the data field to averages.

Hope this helps
