Did a search and found some info on this but it didn't exactly get me what I needed.

Basically, I'm creating a financial calendar of events. I'd like the days on the horizontal axis (days would start with -15, or "day -15", and go to +15, or "day +15"... Zero being the first day of the month)

On the vertical axis would be the activities (ie. prepare monthly calendar, record commissions, hold pre-close meeting, etc...)

I have two columns on my spreadsheet; 1.) Target Date 2.) Actual Date

I have tried to get this to work for 3 days and can't figure it out! Any ideas??
