SWF in Excel 2010

Hi,

I recently installed Excel 2010 and to my disappointed the Xcelsius SWF that I had integrated in my Spreadsheet does not work anymore.

When I look under the list of ActiveX Controls in the Developer Tab Shochwave is not there anymore.

Does anybody know how to reinsert the SWF control in the ActiveX control list?

Do you mean it's not in the list when you click the More Controls icon in the Toolbox?

Hi Andrew,

corrrect. It is not in the list. And even Spreadsheets that have SWF already embedded are not running it...

Do you know of a way of customizing the list to get SWF in it?

I don't know why it would have disappeared if all you have done is upgraded Excel.

I KNOW HOW TO ACTIVATE SHOCKWAVE FLASH OBJECT CONTROL IN EXCEL 2010..

1) Go to Adobe official web page
2) Download and install ADOBE FLASH PLAYER and ADOBE SHOCKWAVE PLAYER for 64 bits

And return to MORE COPNTROLS in your developers tab and there will be the shockwave flash control ...

NOW I NEED HELP ... supose I insert a picture carousel in my spreadsheet in SWF format... how can I read in a cell the FRAMENUM value in real time? I need to know the position in the carousel to use it as a menu.... if you can help me please
