Switching Microsof Office incl Excel back to English

I bought a Microsoft Office Package in Spanish but I get lost with all the different terminology, I'd like to revert back to English, I've followed the instructions to go to Start>>Microsoft Office>>Tools>>Language configuration (may not be the exact words) and select English on the right hand side of the screen (where it shows Spanish and English), I then launch Excel again and the Spanish version still launches...any ideas you can provide?

Which version of Office do you have? You can purchase a Language Pack for Office 2007:
