switching off read only

Hi Everyone,

Does anyone know if its posible to switch off the read only facility in excell on a paticular spreadsheet?

i keep getting problems with people going into the sheet as read only, ingnoring the signs and adding clients to the sheet, then wondering why it never saved! (I would prefer to get more intelignt staff but this is not an option! LOL)

please advise if you know!

Perhaps a warning on opening the workbook? Relies on VBA being enabled though...
