Hi Everyone,

I tried searching for a post on this but didn't come up with any results and I was wondering if someone could help me out trying to synchronize a list between Excel 2003 and SharePoint 2007.

Currently what I did was use Data --> XML source to bing in the data from SharePoint into Excel. What I would like to do is modofy the data that I just brought in and Sync to back to SharePoint.

At first I tried to Export Data to Excel from SharePoint into my worksheet however this eliminates the VBA Project which I need to sync back to SharePoint (users will fill out a userform which will populate/overwite cells the imported list to be synced back).

Can this be possible?

Is there a way to sync a pre-existing list in SharePoint without having to go to Dta --> List --> Create List and create a new list?

How to total the visible cells?
From the first blank cell below a filtered data set, press Alt+=. Instead of SUM, you will get SUBTOTAL(9,)
