How can I use COUNTIF() with 3 criterias to meet. Example I want to count the number of employee who are "Resigned" under "H"R dept." and with "Indian Nationality". My table is: A1-Emp Name B1-Status(Resigned or Active), C1-Department, D1-Nationality...help please

Excel Facts

Links? Where??
If Excel says you have links but you can't find them, go to Formulas, Name Manager. Look for old links to dead workbooks & delete.
Try this:

=SUMPRODUCT(--(B1:B1000="Resigned"),--(C1:C1000="HR"),--(D1:D1000="Indian"))
