Excel Facts

Which Excel functions can ignore hidden rows?
The SUBTOTAL and AGGREGATE functions ignore hidden rows. AGGREGATE can also exclude error cells and more.
To remove the numbers, try:

=RIGHT(A1,LEN(A1)-SEARCH(" ",A1))

You cannot automatically "tab tight words into new cells".
