Tab Colours

MY question is this:

In my spreadsheet I have individual worksheets - The colours of individual tabs are determined by specific scenarios.

I would like in my index sheet in column G to have a formula to list out whatever colour the tab is in the individual sheets.

I am using the Indirect formula to look at data for example:

=INDIRECT("'"&A7&"'!$D$62") This formula looks up data on my index sheet and links to individual tabs to pull in data from selected cells.

Thanks

Can a formula spear through sheets?
Use =SUM(January:December!E7) to sum E7 on all of the sheets from January through December
I believe you would need a Vba answer not a answer as a result of a formula. But then someone else may have a formula answer.

Explain the layout of your index sheet.
