I have a table created with one empty row at the start and one of the columns is a date in the format dd/mm/yyyy
When a user inputs data and tabs down to create a new row the date column reverts back to mm/dd/yyyy

Is there a reason for this even though I have set the format of the initial row, I thought all formatting and formulae would copy down?

Excel Facts

Waterfall charts in Excel?
Office 365 customers have access to Waterfall charts since late 2016. They were added to Excel 2019.
Thanks for that, I checked the regional and system settings and both are set to the expected date format of dd/mm/yyyy.
So must be something else causing it?

select your date column and use
clearall.jpg

then re-enter dates and (if necessary) set short date format dd/mm/yyyy

IMHO if something taking your time more than 10 minutes re-build all from the beginning :)
