In this table, the cell formulas and formats are not applied to all of the cells in a new row.

I added the 4th row by tabbing out of the last Time cell (I11).
  1. The new Days cell (D12) has the wrong formula and formatting.
  2. The new Wt cell (F12) has the wrong justification.
  3. The new Ea cell (G12) has the correct formula, but wrong formatting.
  4. The new Time cell (I12) has the wrong formatting. If I copy the formatting from the cell above, it goves the correct result.
  5. The other new cells are correct.
Can anyone explain why some of the new cells acquire the correct formulas and formatting, but others don't?

I did change some of the formulas and formats, but I copied the new settings to the entire columns.

Excel Facts

Pivot Table Drill Down
Double-click any number in a pivot table to create a new report showing all detail rows that make up that number
When you copied the new setting to the "entire column" did you copy it to just the table column as opposed to the sheet column ?
Its effectively a table property and it will only be treated as such if you only select the Table Column as opposed to the whole sheet column.

This is an excellent reference by Jon Acampora it says formatting but applies to formulas as well:

That fixed the problem. I thought I did that, but obviously not.

Thanks
