I roughly know abt ms access but sometime i am confuse with the ID link between table.

I want to create, something like.
Same product but diff pricing depend on the which year ContractID.

Should i do this way?

If its the same product, shouldn't it have the same ProductID?

Typically, you would have multiple tables.

You would have your Product table, which would include fields specific to the Product, like Product ID and Product Description. You would not have any duplicates in this table (so the Product ID field would be unique).

Then, you might have a Contract or Pricing table (whichever makes the most sense), that would have things like Contract ID, Product ID, and Price, and the two tables would be joined by the Product ID. You might possibly have a separate Contract and Pricing table, if there are a bunch of fields associated to the Contract (that are separate from Pricing).
