1) Can you create a Vertical table vs Horizontal table on a tab? 2) that can be used in a Power Query?

Pressing F4 adds dollar signs when editing a formula. When not editing, F4 repeats last command.
Sort by date Sort by votes
load table1 to the Power Query, transpose and do whatever you want ?
