I have a group of data that I have successfully ranked the data. Now I'm wanting to create a new data set that is reordered by rank. I'm not even sure what commands would be needed to accomplish this task. I'm using XP with Excel 2003. I'm trying to automatically create the right-hand table (blue border) by referencing the left-hand (red border) data. I think a pivot table might work, but I don't want to have to refresh the table to see data changes. Here's a picture:

VLOOKUP to Left?
Use =VLOOKUP(A2,CHOOSE({1,2},$Z$1:$Z$99,$Y$1:$Y$99),2,False) to lookup Y values to left of Z values.
Hi,

I guess a vlookup in each field will help you.

That is if a vlookup is applied, when ever there is a change in table A the same would be updated in Table B without you having to refresh the list.

Will that help?

I didn't think I could do a vlookup since the list isn't in ascending order, or am I missing something?

Correction: My example is generic, but the teams actually have names that would be in ascending order.
