Table to Table

I have two tables one on sht 1 and one on sht 2. Its nearly the same table, except sht 1 has detailed information about the people and sht 2 is just the first and last name.

What I am trying to accomplish is when I add a new name or row to Table 1, table 2 will update with the new row and within that row, it will use the formula I already have in the other cells of sht2. Which is linked back to table 1.

What I did find when I added a row to table1 sht 1 manually and then added a row between the same two names on table 2 it would pull the wrong names in. When I reviewed the formula it would pull in either the row above or below, not the one I need unless I go to the name above then add the row above that. See the attached video. It just does not make logical sense to me.

So the cells in sheet 2 looks like this

Code:
=IF('GEASWUG Contact List'!$B2="","",'GEASWUG Contact List'!$B2)

That does work, but now my sort button fails error message: "Auto filter method of range class failed":

Code:
ActiveSheet.ListObjects("Table4").Range.AutoFilter Field:=13, Criteria1:= _
        "1"

The criteria is "1" and it's set to "Table 4", what could be the problem?
