Hi

I have a time sheet that my team members use to track extra hours worked and hours taken off (time in lieu).
The current format the team members add there under and overs to the column date to their employee row.
I am wanting to visualize this data in powerbi but it doesn’t seem to work, I am assuming it won’t work because the values are across multiple columns to report date range for an employee.

The visualize to see the net accrual and taken for each employee to assist in managing hours so they don’t accrue above 38hrs.

Wanted to view by current week, fortnight, month etc.

Open to any suggestions
