Take a cropped screenshot from the web and imbed it into a spreadsheet.

I recently bought a new MacBook Pro. On my old Macbook pro I was able to take a cropped screenshot from a web page and imbed it into a spreadsheet. Using the screenshot function, under the insert tab.
I must have changed a setting somewhere, but I have been unable to find where the setting might be,
Can anyone help with this?
 

Excel Facts

Bring active cell back into view
Start at A1 and select to A9999 while writing a formula, you can't see A1 anymore. Press Ctrl+Backspace to bring active cell into view.
