I have several sheets named '6 or7', '8 or 9' '10 or 11' etc. On each sheets there is a range of data B5:D200.

On a separate sheet i want to pull a particular value from one of the ranges, dependent on the name of the sheet selected. To start with assume that it is the B5 value I want. Is there a formula I can use or do I need code.

The only start i've made is using data validation with a list of the names of the sheets.

Any thoughts?

Excel Facts

Difference between two dates
Secret function! Use =DATEDIF(A2,B2,"Y")&" years"&=DATEDIF(A2,B2,"YM")&" months"&=DATEDIF(A2,B2,"MD")&" days"
I think that I would tabulate the requirements and use vlookups to fetch the data required.
